Ordering & Payments

Browse our collection, choose your preferred size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your purchase using your preferred payment method.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS and email. You will also receive shipping updates once your order is dispatched.
We accept major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD), wherever available.
In most cases, failed transactions are automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider within 5–10 business days. If the amount is not reversed, please contact our support team with your payment details.
No, there are no hidden charges. The final amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay, except any clearly mentioned Cash on Delivery handling fee where applicable.
COD availability depends on serviceability, courier coverage, order value, and internal risk checks. If COD is unavailable, we recommend using a prepaid payment option for faster processing.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across India on eligible prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery orders, an additional handling fee may apply depending on your location and order value.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During sales, launches, festivals, or high-volume periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
Delivery timelines usually range from 2–3 business days for metro cities and 3–5 business days for the rest of India, depending on your location, courier partner, and local service conditions.
Your order will be delivered by one of our trusted logistics partners in secure packaging to ensure it reaches you safely and in good condition.
Currently, Cadila ships within India only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, the same will be updated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use that link to check your shipment status in real time.
You can check your order status from your account section, if available, or through the tracking updates shared with you after dispatch.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to product condition, eligibility, and compliance with our return policy.
Yes, eligible returns and exchanges are generally offered free of charge to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
You can request a return or exchange by contacting our customer support team with your order details. If your request is eligible, we will arrange reverse pickup or share the next steps.
For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed to the bank account shared by the customer, subject to successful verification and approval.
Yes, exchanges for another size or eligible product may be possible, subject to stock availability and our exchange policy. If there is a price difference, the applicable amount may be charged or refunded.
Orders can usually be cancelled or modified only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.

Delivery Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, local restrictions, weather conditions, or peak demand periods. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, incomplete address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to origin. Our support team can assist you with the next steps in such cases.
Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and share your order number along with clear images of the issue. We will review the case and assist you on priority.
